Virgin Hazelnut oil - A l’Olivier

An emblem of French cuisine to have at home. Virgin hazelnut oil combines fruitiness and aromatic richness to give it its gluttony.

Its intense taste of toasted hazelnuts is slightly sweet and brings an even more subtle and delicate flavour in the mouth.

This oil is ideal in the preparation of your vegetable tartares, to season a salad with duck breasts and avocados or a toast with sheep's cheese and Bayonne ham. Marinate duck needles or a pigeon carpaccio.

It can also be included in some sweet preparations such as a chocolate sauce and hazelnut oil.

To be used cold or after cooking.
