Orders & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service selected at checkout. Most orders within Cyprus arrive within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has not yet been packed, we will do our best to help. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Select pickup at checkout if available for your area. We will email you when your order is ready to collect.
Products & quality
How should I store spices and pantry items?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep jars tightly closed to preserve freshness and aroma. Refer to individual product pages for specific guidance.
Are your products suitable for dietary restrictions?
Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page. If you have specific dietary needs, contact us before ordering and we will advise where we can.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment options shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your details for future purchases.
