Small Tomatoes Datterini - La Carmela

Small "Datterini" tomatoes from San Marzano, naturally sweet and less acidic.

La Carmela date tomatoes have a bright red colour. Due to their small size and slightly extended “date shape” they are immediately recognisable. The datterino tomato has a very thin skin and a very sugary flesh with a unique flavour.

This product is very popular for the preparation of bruschetta, salads, appetisers. Alternatively, it can be used to make delicious canned food in salt or oil.
