On sight, it features an orange colour and an extremely thin texture, which allows a particularly homogeneous sprinkling.
When smelt, it releases a strong scent that combines sweet paprika, pepper, onion and garlic, as well as celery seeds. Ribs Rub is suitable for low temperatures, at which the sugars in the mixture are caramelised without burning.
