This grapefruit jam is made from grapefruit supremes, entirely peeled by hand, without peel or white skin. A subtle fragrance, a light bitterness... for an original marmalade!

The Brand manufacture it in their  workshop from A to Z, each fruit is completely peeled by hand.

Another delicate operation that we share with the Esat of Larmor-Plage, we raise the supremes of grapefruits.

It is a technique that consists of taking only the flesh of the fruit inside the membranes, to enjoy their flavour without bitterness. We take the supremes by also removing the ziste (white skin that gives bitterness).

The grapefruit has an energy value of 42kcal/100g. It also has good antioxidant properties. Like other citrus fruits, it is also a good source of vitamin C but also vitamins A, B1 and B3.
