A speciality from the French region of Drome, the Tanche is a hardy variety of olive tree capable of resisting frost, and this strength gives it this very special taste. An exceptional ripe fruitiness with a hint of sweetness and notes of almond, hazelnut, pear and sometimes even lavender.
This oil is ideal on baked fish, vegetable tagliatelle, mashed potatoes or drizzled over cheese.
