This black pepper from Madagascar comes from the east coast of the island, renowned for its exceptional terroirs.
The pepper is harvested by hand before maturity and then naturally dried in the sun. This traditional process allows the grain to darken, wither and develop its unique aromatic palette, mixing power, warmth and woody notes.
Slightly spicy and very fragrant, Madagascar black pepper is ideal for sublimating your meats, fish, vegetables, sauces and simmered dishes. It is particularly recommended as a final touch, freshly ground, to reveal all its aromas.
