From Jerusalem Winery in Israel we have this exceptional Petite Sirah, which is part of the winery’s single vineyard range. This is the only winery operational in the Israeli capital, with vineyards planted across the slopes of Mt. Carmel.
Dry red wine produced from Petit Sirah old vines grapes grown in a single vineyard in the Carmel region. After fermentation and soaking on the skins, the wine aged in oak barrels for 15 months. The wine has a deep crimson hue and aromas of cherries, raspberries, and coffee. The wine has a full body and a long and balanced finish.
