FETTUCCINE- FILOTEA

The egg pastry is made with a mixture of soft wheat flour, durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs. Dried slowly and at low temperature, Filotea Fettucine is ash-free, light and easily digestible.

A 1 cm-wide type of pasta. Delicious with meat and fish sauces. Their surface is rough and porous, so they have an extraordinary ability to retain the sauces (unlike the smooth ones).
