Espresso Rub is an unmatchable combination of umami tastes.
It is the only rub on the market containing soluble freeze-dried coffee (-40°C): this is why coffee does not taste bitter and, on the contrary, gets chocolatey flavours.
Another made-in-Italy ingredient characterising this rub is black garlic from Voghiera, a real triumph of sapidity. Still white, this garlic is brewed naturally for 60 days, getting balsamic scents and liquorice flavours.
This happens spontaneously, without additives, preservatives or yeasts.
