Blood peach jam is also called vine peach jam, sweet and fragrant, it contains exquisite pieces of fruit. This homemade jam is made with French peaches from the Rhone Valley.

Blood fishing has a moderate energy intake: 40 kcal/100 g.

It is also very rich in minerals, potassium in particular but also phosphorus and magnesium. It is mainly a good source of provitamin A and, to a lesser extent, vitamin C.
