Harvest location: Harvested from beehives located in unspoiled area of Lefkosia countryside (Agios Ioannis, Psimolofou, Kapedes, Kampia). The honey derived from the flowers and wild flowers (eucalyptus, wild Lavender, thyme) of Cypriot countryside.

Crystallization: 4-6 months after harvest.
