Lady Joseph infuse our olive oil with black truffle which has an intense flavor and an exquisite aroma. The harvest takes place in the town of Sarrión (Teruel) where the largest oak plantation in the world is located.
The flour is ground by hand. Stone-ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
They let the dough rest for 12 hours and cook it slowly to preserve the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crunchy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by cheeses, sausages or foie gras , as Lady Joseph liked them.
