Vegetable Lasagna
Ingredients:
- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Add a layer of noodles, ricotta cheese, spinach, zucchini, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.

Serve with a side of garlic bread.
