Vegetable Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce. Add a layer of noodles, ricotta cheese, spinach, zucchini, and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
  3. Top with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with a side of garlic bread.
