Ingredients:
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained if using canned)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- Optional garnish: shredded coconut, a slice of mango, or a sprig of mint
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Peel and dice 1 large mango.
- If using fresh pineapple, chop it into small chunks. If using canned pineapple, drain the liquid.
2. Blend the Smoothie:
- In a blender, combine the diced mango, 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 cup of orange juice, and 1 tbsp of honey (if desired).
- Add 1/2 cup of ice cubes to the blender for a chilled, creamy texture.
3. Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of orange juice or coconut milk and blend again.
