Sweet and Spicy Mango Shrimp
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 mango, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced mango, honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the mango sauce.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve over a bed of steamed rice or alongside a fresh cucumber salad.
