Sweet and Spicy Mango Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add diced mango, honey, soy sauce, and chili flakes. Stir and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  3. Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat with the mango sauce.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve over a bed of steamed rice or alongside a fresh cucumber salad.
