
Savory Polenta Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup polenta
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh rosemary, for garnish
Instructions:
- Bring water and salt to a boil. Gradually add polenta, stirring continuously. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
- Pour the polenta into a greased baking dish and let cool.
- Slice and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes until golden.
Serving Suggestion:
Top with fresh rosemary and serve as a unique savory dessert.
