Savory Polenta Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh rosemary, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Bring water and salt to a boil. Gradually add polenta, stirring continuously. Cook until thickened, about 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
  3. Pour the polenta into a greased baking dish and let cool.
  4. Slice and bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes until golden.

Serving Suggestion:

Top with fresh rosemary and serve as a unique savory dessert.
