Savory Herb Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 pre-made savory tart shell

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, Parmesan, thyme, and rosemary until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the tart shell.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and slightly golden.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve warm with crackers or a side salad.
