
Savory Herb Cheesecake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 pre-made savory tart shell
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, eggs, Parmesan, thyme, and rosemary until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the tart shell.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until set and slightly golden.
