
Orange-Glazed Duck Breast
Ingredients:
- 4 duck breasts
- 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Score the skin of the duck breasts in a crisscross pattern. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and sear the duck breasts skin-side down until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- In a bowl, mix orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and orange zest. Brush over the duck breasts.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with roasted carrots and a drizzle of extra glaze.
