
Mini Fruit Tarts
Ingredients:
- 1 package pre-made mini tart shells
- 1 cup vanilla custard or pastry cream
- 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango)
- 1/4 cup apricot jam
Instructions:
- Fill each tart shell with a spoonful of vanilla custard or pastry cream.
- Top with an assortment of fresh fruits.
- Warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan and brush over the fruits for a glossy finish.
