Mini Fruit Tarts

Ingredients:

  • 1 package pre-made mini tart shells
  • 1 cup vanilla custard or pastry cream
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (berries, kiwi, mango)
  • 1/4 cup apricot jam

Instructions:

  1. Fill each tart shell with a spoonful of vanilla custard or pastry cream.
  2. Top with an assortment of fresh fruits.
  3. Warm the apricot jam in a small saucepan and brush over the fruits for a glossy finish.
