Lemon Tart

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made tart shell
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Pour the mixture into the tart shell.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
  5. Let cool completely before serving.

Serving Suggestion:

Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
