
Lemon Tart
Ingredients:
- 1 pre-made tart shell
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, eggs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into the tart shell.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the filling is set.
- Let cool completely before serving.
Serving Suggestion:
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with whipped cream.
