Herb-Crusted Salmon
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
 - In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top.
 - Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the salmon is cooked through.
 
Serving Suggestion:
Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad.
