Herb-Crusted Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parsley, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each salmon fillet with olive oil and press the breadcrumb mixture onto the top.
  4. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the topping is golden and the salmon is cooked through.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad.
