Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently.
  5. Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve warm as a flavorful appetizer with a side of garlic aioli or marinara sauce.
