Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients:
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and toss gently.
- Return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve warm as a flavorful appetizer with a side of garlic aioli or marinara sauce.
