Creamy Chicken Alfredo

Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thinly
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cups cooked fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in Parmesan cheese and let the sauce thicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce and top with chicken slices.

Serving Suggestion:

Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
