Caramelized Banana Split

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • Chocolate syrup, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and add brown sugar. Stir until melted.
  2. Add bananas cut-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Flip and cook for another minute.
  3. Place the caramelized bananas in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Serving Suggestion:

Serve immediately for a decadent dessert.
