
Caramelized Banana Split
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
- Chocolate syrup, for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and add brown sugar. Stir until melted.
- Add bananas cut-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until caramelized. Flip and cook for another minute.
- Place the caramelized bananas in a bowl with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve immediately for a decadent dessert.
